Sir,
I have the honour to report that I have granted Sub-Inspector Robert Henry Wills, Hongkong Police Force, a pension at the rate of £165. 128. Od. per annum with effect from the 16th June, 1922, and that the Crow Agents for the Colonies have been instructed to issue payments to him as they become due.
I have also granted him prior to his
retirement from the service five monthe' leave of absence
on full pay to commence on the 18th Jamery, 1922. The
-usual leave certificate is enclosed.
